Having worked for a couple of security guard companies in the locality, Jon decided that if they could do it – so could he! Jon knew he could provide more personal and effective service guard services and still has clients from the day the business was born.
In 1995, he formed the company with his partner Peninnah, who deals with all the administrative aspects of the business – Jon is a Director of Vigilant Security.
Jon achieved his Level 2 Door Supervision in 2006 and is SIA certificated. Vigilant Security achieved ISO 9000:2008 Quality Management certification in 2012.
Initially worked in the background at Vigilant Security dealing with day-to-day administration, Peninnah became frontline in 2003. She achieved her Level 2 Door Supervision in 2006 and was SIA certificated.
Some of you may not know that Peninnah died after a short illness at the end of December 2014 – needless to say we miss her involvement – we are slowly coming to terms with the loss…
